My upload fails — what should I do?

Check your internet connection and reload the page. If that doesn't help, please contact us.

If an upload fails:

1) Check your internet connection (preferably Wi‑Fi or stable mobile data).
2) Make sure the file type is supported.
3) Reload the page and try again.
4) If a specific error is shown, copy the text and send it to us. That helps with diagnosis.

The storage duration depends on the event type. It can be extended at any time by the host.
How can I invite guests to my event?

You can invite guests via a link and/or QR code. Create an invitation in the event management and PartyPic will generate a link and QR code for you.
