Which file types are supported?

TL;DR

We support the most common image and video formats. See "Learn more" for an overview.

We support the most common image and video formats.

Validated image formats:
- JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg)
- PNG (.png)
- GIF (.gif)
- HEIC (.heic, .heif)

Validated video formats:
- MP4 (.mp4, .m4v)
- MOV (.mov) (automatically converted to MP4)
- AVI (.avi)
- WMV (.wmv)

In addition, we support other image and video formats, but these may not have been tested on all device types.
