The provider offers guests the opportunity to upload images and videos and to view those
uploaded by other guests.
The service requires an active internet connection.
The provider assumes no liability for errors arising from a lack of internet connection.
The distribution of illegal content via the platform is prohibited.
The provider reserves
the right to delete such content and report it to the relevant authorities.
The prices for the service are visible at the time of order and vary depending on the number of
guests.
Payment is made according to the payment methods specified on the website.
The contract duration of the subscription is 1 month.

For all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, the jurisdiction of Herzogenaurach is agreed upon.
The provider reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.
The changed Terms will

These Terms are valid from the time of registration on the website partypic.app.
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the
remaining provisions shall not be affected.
The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be
replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid
or unenforceable provision.
